How to handle an alarm and open a ticket?



In this section an overview is given of the Ticket board of the platform. An Ticket can be created manually or is created by an active alarm of the platform. 

To access the Ticket board within the platform click on 1 followed by 2. You will see an overview off all current tickets (3).

Create a ticket manually

It is also possible to create manually tickets (4). You will need to specify an ticket by:

  • Title of the ticket
  • Brief description
  • Level of severity
  • Device it belongs to
  • Responsible user to resolve
